Hello everyone! My goal is to put in 600 minutes of exercise for MOVEmber It averages out to 30 minutes a day for 20 days. I am going on vacation (to a nice sunny place to get away from this cold weather...BBBRRRRRRRR) for 10 days and know that I will not exercise during my vacation.
So I'll join the bandwagon! Recently I've been convincing myself it's OK to not exercise because I've been working around 12 hours a day... That excuse ends now :P

Pushed myself to workout last night, despite that fact that I'm getting sick. I was super proud of myself at the time, but I woke up with a pounding headache. Maybe not the best idea? Feeling a bit better this afternoon, and hopefully I'll be able to do something low intensity tonight. Maybe just a long walk. I really don't want to let anything get in the way of my momentum!

Ack! I didn't get to put a little red heart next to yesterday's date. I could have had I worked out earlier like I was supposed to. Then my mom called in the afternoon saying my dad was dizzy, so I took him to urgent care and, after several hours of tests and waiting, it was determined that his heart was beating a bit slow due to dehydration. Then right when we got home, I headed over to my BIL's 50th birthday party (where I stayed on plan).
By the time I got home, it was late and I was exhausted. That'll teach me to get my exercise in early in the day. I'll make up for it on Saturday.

I dunno what went wrong today... My GPS on the phone wasn't working, my heart rate monitor wasn't working... So I had to guess the calories
I got totally spooked several times by random people, cats and even bin bags and kept looking over my shoulder while exercising, I couldn't even run because I kept on looking back and stopping to figure out where noises were coming from. Also loads of police cars going around :s One of the most uncomfortable situations ever!
