Hello all

I would like to join this challenge, my target is to lose 13lbs by the end of October. My weigh in day is Sunday so I have just weighed in at 168lbs

This puts me back up to my start weight and I am hoping this challenge will turn it around.

My target = 155lbs (3.25 lbs per week)

Weekly Weigh Ins :

02/10/11 = 168.2 lbs (Start Weight)
09/10/11 = 164.8 lbs -3.4lbs (-2.02 %)
16/10/11 = *** lbs (+/- %)
23/10/11 = *** lbs (+/- %)
30/10/11 = *** lbs (+/- %)

Id love to be involved with this challenge..I'm going on a cruise on the 31st and would love to lose some pounds. I've actually started to teach myself to run.. which I've litteraly NEVER done. I can almost make it around my block in two weeks.. when I started I wasn't able to make it to the end of my street. Also yesterday I purchased 30day shred. So I'm putting my hopes of smaller jeans by the time I leave on those two... Id really like to lose 10lbs by the time I leave.

I'm up for a challenge!! I've been bouncing between the low 160s/high 150s this past week, and it's been driving me insane. I'm starting the month at 160.5 (though I weighed in at 159 this morning! woohoo!). My slightly ambitious goal is 149/getting out of the 150s for good.

Not a good start to the month!!! I've put on 1.5lbs since yesterday!!! I'm hoping it's water weight as my body has been trying to start TOM for 2 days now!!! So now I've gtot 11.5lbs to lose instead of 10lbs!
Chickadee, I've only just seen your tag so I will do those tomorrow. Those Mountain climbers look harsh!
I've set myself up on the October Exercise challenge too so I hope to hit my target this month. If I hit it, i'll have lost 23lbs in just over 2 months so i should really see some changes in my body by then. I'm rambling now! Shame talking doesn't help you lose weight - I'd be like a twig if it did

humanmommy: Congratulations on the running!! I just started as well. I had tried a few times in different ways over the last 8 months, but each time I felt like I was going to die after just a few minutes and it just wasn't working for my body (my feet hurt, shin splints, legs swelled, etc.). Last weekend I went out and decided to just see how far I could get... and I don't know what has changed, but it totally clicked! I've run twice more since then, and kind of feel like I'm starting to enjoy it. Crazy!

Pickle: You'd have to have eaten 5000+ calories above and beyond your maintenance calories to gain 1.5 lbs overnight, and I'm certain you didn't do that!! Which surely means you're dealing with some water weight - and if you work anything like I do, that should come off after TOM starts or ends. On the tag, whenever you get to it is fine! The mountain climbers are more of a cardio workout than anything, and I am confident you can do it.

I didnt reach last monthes target weight loss (only lost 3lbs). I really want to get down to 179lbs. For a loss of 8lbs. So we will try this again. Good luck everyone!!!!

I'm a lil late, but I would love to join this challenge and pick up where I left off in Sept. I am going to set my goal at 10 lbs for this month... I lost 10 last month so hopefully I can do it again. I like to set high #s for myself to help me stay focused.

I was on plan all weekend... I managed to fit in biking on Saturday, walking on Sunday... my folks are here from Maine, so trying to fit it all in without missing any time with them Amazingly, I seem to be successful thus far! :O

Yea, I tried my run/jog.. after i did the Jillian lady... today i almost passed out from the pain in my thighs while walking down the hallway at work in heels... i dont think ill be doing that again.. thank god.. i live close to home and changed into my danskos lol.. but i did the Jillian lady dvd again.. tonight.. and feels good.. hope the 30day shred really works.. cause i think im going to cut down my runs to twice weekly and do the dvd 3 or 4 times a week.. i really dont know what i should do to lose the most weight and be the healthiest.. except move.. so thats what im doing..

Ain't no challenge like a weight loss challenge

Tomorrow is my day 10 of the 30 day Shred (OH YEAH!)

I weighed in on the 2nd of October at 79.9kg - I left the eighties!!! Hadn't seen a seven in over a year!!! In pounds... 176.1lbs

My goal for October is... TO BRING SEXY BACK :P

While this is a bit ambitious, I have total confidence in my ability to get there

So... I'll be saying hello to November with 75kgs, (165 pounds)!

Gonna go burn this celulite off my tush!!!

humanmommy: I have been thinking about it. My friend just ran a 5k and i watched her pass the finish line. It was very exciting. I am large chested and not sure how to keep them down. I guess I would wear a couple of sports bras.
