humanmommy: Congratulations on the running!! I just started as well.

I had tried a few times in different ways over the last 8 months, but each time I felt like I was going to die after just a few minutes and it just wasn't working for my body (my feet hurt, shin splints, legs swelled, etc.). Last weekend I went out and decided to just see how far I could get... and I don't know what has changed, but it totally clicked! I've run twice more since then, and kind of feel like I'm starting to enjoy it. Crazy!
Pickle: You'd have to have eaten 5000+ calories above and beyond your maintenance calories to gain 1.5 lbs overnight, and I'm certain you didn't do that!! Which surely means you're dealing with some water weight - and if you work anything like I do, that should come off after TOM starts or ends.

On the tag, whenever you get to it is fine! The mountain climbers are more of a cardio workout than anything, and I am confident you can do it.
