    All good so far, but think i'm artificially low weight at moment
    (mainly because i just don't deserve to have lost 2.8lb!!) and will increase again before i drop any more....

  • Woohoo, first week weighed in and I have lost 3.4 lbs.

    That puts me on target. I do normally struggle to continue weight loss at this level so I am trying to up my activity levels. Yesterday, I used my stepper machine for the first time in ages and it felt really good. I have also bought the 30 day shred as lots of people on this site seem to recommend it, fingers crossed it doesn't leave me in too much pain

  • Yeah, another week has gone by

    Not so great due to being a bit sick and not exercising for a couple of days, but I'll make up for it!!! I started the second part of the 30 day shred and it was hardddd to change my routine! Just now that I'd gotten the first part down!!!

    I've stopped weighing myself everyday as I was getting a bit demotivated, I'll just weigh in every 10 days from now

  • I lost 4 lbs! WOW
    And the first week I did work out 3 times, and didn't exceed calories.
  • I didn't have a huge loss, but went down 2 Lbs... 195.4 Yay me! I will take it!
  • Well I definitely didn't make it to my end of September goal but October has started off GREAT down 14 pounds!!! So, my goal for October will be to lose 10 more pounds. I wish you all good luck and hope to see your victory dance at the end of the month!
  • Went shopping with my mother yesterday all day... put in the time and slow walking pace into MFP and discovered that shopping is really good for me and mom - 665 calories burned! Love an excuse to shop!
  • Sorry I've not been around but I've had 2 presentations to do for work in the past week which have taken up most of my time. On a positive note though I'm now 4.75lbs so far this month and only 8lbs off Onederland
    I've done my tag so in return I tag neveah1984 and minoja75 to do 20 press ups. I myself can't do pressups on the floor so if you want to do them against the wall or on the stairs instead you can. Alternatively you can do 30 tricep dips instead. Or if you're feeling really brave, do both
  • Just weighed in: 157.4, putting me at 1.6lbs lost. That was right after a full meal though, so the results might be a little screwed. I'm also starting the ketogenic diet, and it's hard! I'm running out of things to eat.
  • Down 2 more pounds! 8 more to go by the end of the month...
  • 1.4Lbs gone this week - weighed in this morning at 194. It's not a huge loss, but I will take it!
