Well no luck today weighed in at 199.5 no loss but no TOM gain
I swear I can feel it though it's going to be lower soon I'll try again tomorrow
However I was down 1.25" so it's okay I'm good with that.
I'm down 6 pounds this week. Must have really pushed myself this week with the exercise, given that I've been eating more carbs then usual (including cheetos... ), but I've kept my calories in check.
Sorry, all, that I haven't been around. I miscarried last week and had a D&C on Friday, and just haven't felt up to being here. I'm still not in great shape physically or emotionally, but I will try to be here more frequently through the rest of the month.
dcap - I am SO sorry that I missed your goal post last week! Congratulations - what a great job you've done this month!

Chickadee Oh lady I'm so so sorry Take whatever time you need I don't think anyone will mind if you are mia for a while. Just do what you have to do to feel better, it'll get easier with time so cliche I know! I misscarried in the fall and I still have moments from time to time now.
Sorry I havent been "in" to say hi yet. It's been a mostly successful month despite a hiccup this weekend causing a bad WI this morning. Trying again tomorrow but I think I'm a little over halfway to my goal. I think I'll make it, but I need to really buckle down to do it.

Hi Chicklets, I fell off the site for a couple months, and it's proven to be a little too dangerous, so I'm back, and recommitted to lose my last 10 (now maybe 15) pounds to get to my goal, since I never quite reached it. I think I will give myself a goal for the remainder of June to continue tracking my cals and exercise, because that really helps me stay accountable. I also intend to check in regularly, because you all are so inspiring.
Chickadee, don't bother to add me to the list, I'll just be a lurker for the remainder of the month, and cheer the rest of you on. I'm so sorry to hear about your miscarriage, and hope that focusing on your weight loss might be just the thing to help you feel in control.

Well, shoot. I'm not sure I'll make the "lose 10 pounds" goal I set. I'm still trying of course, but I've been doing so well on my food plan, I really thought losing 10 pounds would be easy enough. I have had a few slipups, and I'll see if the scale is down more tomorrow from this weekend, but they haven't been huge slipups, I've logged pretty much every single thing, and there was nothing that was disastrous.
I'm going to try to be motivated to bust my butt and lose all 10 pounds by the end of the month. But with 9 days left and 5-6 pounds to go, I just don't know! Aghhhh!!
Ferumbras, 6 pounds!!! Who knew cheetos were the answer?! Ok, maybe not the cheetos, maybe it's the C25K and 30DS. Congrats!
Started the month at 201.2 and I clocked in at 192.6 today, so 3.4 lbs to go to make June goal. I know it's going to get tougher as the weight drops. Reading about all of your successes is definitely motivating, so thank you all for that!
I've been back up to 166 the past three days, meaning I've four pounds to lose by the 30th if I want to make goal. Not sure that'll happen -- I've a feeling I've hit a plateau. But, I'm going to keep doing what I do and hopefully something'll shake loose.
