Happy almost Friday chicklets!
I've been successfully (I think) tracking calories, and I am seeing a little success for it. I have high hopes for tomorrow...

I really do appreciate it. I've been struggling physically and emotionally to feel good, and I'm just really hoping that soon I'll start feeling more like my usual self. The good news is that I've been tracking my intake and sticking within my calorie limits, and the scale is back down to about where I was when I found out about the pregnancy - so I still have a small (2.4 lb) loss for this month so far. After today's weigh-in, I'm even thinking that it might still be possible to get to my 4th of July goal, though that will be dependant on getting the ok from my Dr. this week to start exercising again. Still, it's something to work toward and look forward to, which I need right now. And then, it's really going to be ON for July, as I'm still determined to get to onderland by my birthday at the end of the month. 



198 is just around the corner... 

Got in a great workout this morning before breakfast and OP so far hope to see another drop soon


Putting me .5lb away from being in the overweight and out of the obese BMI range whoo!
If your going to cut back calories a bit I would still snack a little in the evening if your still doing night time feedings. Whatever your doing seems to be working
