time to get geared up for our new month together!
congratulations to all of you on your losses thus far and/or lifestyle changes! Let's keep on trucking : )
Hope to see you all from previous months as well as anyone who would like to join us. Anyone can join in and all are welcome! We are all on various plans and set various goals , etc. As stated before, measurements of success need not be measured by the scale as we all have our own unique way of doing things and what works best for us. We are here to encourage and support one another and I so look forward to our new fresh start and new month! : ) Having you all here and having each other for support and sharing ideas , etc. has been such a tremendous help and it's so nice to come in and read and write to each other. Ty once again and nowww, let's kick some butt! lol
My goal for this month will be to lose 8 lbs. Also, I am thinking to stretch out my weigh-in days by a few days and weigh in 3x this month. I plan to weigh-in on the 10nth, 20th, and 30th which takes me to the last day of the month. Looking forward to seeing you all here
