It's been way too long since I've checked in here!! I am still on track though, and still have my July 4 goal in my sights. It will be tight, but as long as I stick to my plan I might be able to make it.
Start Weight (March 6): 250.0 lbs
March 9: 249.6 lbs
March 16: 248.0 lbs
March 23: 245.2 lbs
March 30: 241.4 lbs
April 6: 240.7 lbs
April 13: 236.8 lbs
April 20: 232.4 lbs
I'm down to 231.0 lbs yesterday and today, and so hope to see more lost by my weigh-in on Wednesday. Looking at my weight when I started this challenge, it's pretty cool that soon I'll have lost 20 lbs in less than 2 months.
OK, I need to get myself on a downward spiral (on the scale) . . . I was up 2 pounds earlier this week, a friend of mine said it may be H2O retention as I started C25K last week and will be doing Week 2 this week.
Congratulations to all the losers, hang in there, we still have time, but it's time for me to get my BUTT-ER in gear . . .

definitely not the best loss i've had in a week, but it was to be expected after two meals out, bachelorette party, easter meal, and leftovers from all of the above. i was lucky i didn't gain! and it's hard to complain about a small loss this week after having such a huge loss last week.
I know I'm a bit late, but can I join in too? I'll look at my diary and see how much weight I gained/lost until now! I weigh myself on Sundays so there'll be a slight date alteration. Also, I'm a BRIT so our months come second ;p

I had a great past few days it is so easier to eat at my limit of 1400 calories a day now that I have been doing it for a few weeks! I haven't gotten to weigh in while I was 172 when I weighed last week hopefully I will be down when I weigh on tuesday!
