I noticed that with the my fitness pal site too and ironically, that's what made me go check it out. I was wondering why 3FC would block it. Once there, I decided I liked it and I use it now!

Sorry so late in posting, crazy working weekend . . . I'm down a bit, but still out of the 160's so I'm happy for that . . . 3/11 -164.0 3/18 - 164.0 3/27 - 162.0 4/3 - 159.8 4/11 -159 Only 5 lbs in 5 weeks, but as stubborn as the 160's were for me, I'll take it :D Looks like everyone is doing well and with the weather nicer, I'm finding it easier to go for walks, ride my bike and I'm not quite so glued to my videos . . . I think I need a break from them . . . OK I just want the weather to NOT be winter . . . and the past week or so it's ACTUALLY BEEN SPRING . . . :D EVERY KEEP MELTIN THAT BUTT-ER AWAY AND WE WILL ALL BE BIKINI SEXY BY THE 4th of JULY !!!! |

What the heck is going on.....I weighed in yesterday and it was up to 177lbs, didn't even want to post to say the least, checked this morning and i'm back to 174lbs.....Maybe I need a new scale. I've got to find some motivation to start walking again. I feel so tired but I know once i get that first walk in it will shoot my energy and motivation back up. So hard with getting up for work at 3:30am to keep going in the afternoon, only have 1hr once i get home to excersise then have go get my 2yr old from pre-school then my 12yr old gets home, just the thought of all that needs to be done in the evening is exhausting!!! Needs some serious support and kicks in the butt! :?:

I'm new to this thread, but I"m in... I'm doing WW and my weigh in day is Saturday... I have 12 more weigh ins before the Fourth, so I'm going to aim for a total weight loss of 35 pounds (counting the 8.4 I've already lost). That would put me at 244.2. That seems like a manageable goal!

I hit the 100's!!!!! I have been under 200 for 5 solid days now! Yippeeee! I was at 198.4, but I went out of town and had a few cheat meals, but that's okay - back on it! Yay! :-)

I did it again yesterday, didn't feel so amazing that time, think i should have done what they suggest and waited a day before "training" again. I just want this DANG weight off! only 2 1/2 months left!

hey, looks like everyone is still going strong!
SEAGIRL- CONGRATS on the handstand that can be hard. as a former gymnast i have a couple of suggestions lol work on tightening your core, that will be what keeps you balanced and off the wall on the handstand. i dont know about form for yoga, but in gymnastics pointing our toes is drilled into our heads. i find it helps with balance in the handstand and helps make one remember to tighten the lower abs and butt and legs. im only down 0.4 this week :( but better then gaining right?!?! im trying to get back in the groove going to the gym, i hope thatll kick my loss back into gear. 3/4 - 233.0 3/11 - 232.2 3/18 - 230.2 3/25 - 233.4 4/1 - 231.0 4/8 - 229.2 4/15 - 228.8 4/22 - 4/29 - 5/6 - 5/13 - 5/20 - 5/27 - 6/3 - 6/10 - 6/17 - 6/24 - 7/1 - 7/4 - *hopefully Onderland or below!!!* |
