alright folks, just one more weigh in until the end of the challenge, how are you feeling about reaching your goal?? i'm slightly sidelined due to an ankle injury and unable to exercise, but i'm hoping i can still manage to drop the last 2.6 pounds to reach my goal in 10 days!

I'm already 15lbs past my Independence Day goal. On 5/24 I decided to aim for another 10lbs, but I've surpassed that, too.

Start Weight (March 6): 250.0 lbs

Unfortunately, after several weeks of problems I underwent abdominal surgery (laparatomy) on Thursday to remove an ectopic pregnancy. My weight was still down at 212.3 before the surgery last week, and so I think I should probably be pleased at having gotten within 3 lbs of my goal of 210 by 4th of July - but I am still disappointed to not yet be able to get back on track. The surgery did not go smoothly and so I am looking at some recovery time, but I hope to be back and challenging again in a few more weeks. :) |

hmmmm I swore I updated this thread with my progress like a week and a half ago but its not here.... weird!

I finally broke it about a week and a half ago and have been creeping down since. My total loss for the challenge was 15.6 lbs, not too shabby! Still wish I could have done the 34 lbs it needed but anything is better then a gain! |
