I am completely new to ALL of this, but I'd like to join in the Sept Challenge if I may?! I'd like to dedicate 1000min of excersise for the this month. I walk 20-30 almost everyday with my daycare kids, but I am going to take on an extra 20 in the evening! If I do something wrong on here with forums or posts, plz correct me. Thanks and ROCK ON!!
Sept.'10 1000 min is my goal! |
1 45 mins Spinning class, 30 mins treadmill, 15 mins exercise bike = 90 mins

I'm in for 910 minutes of CARDIO this month. I am not counting my strength training time because I never time that, it's solely rep count. 910 minutes is 35 minutes a day for 26 days (trying to take Sundays off... Don't want to lol)

My September Minutes:
9/1: 112 minute run 9/2: Rest day |
Wait for me!
I'm going for a goal of no more than five days off this month. I have a road trip that involves 24 hours of driving time (which we pretty much do all at once, except for a few hours pulled over to sleep), so there and back may cost me four of those days; yikes! I also have a weekend of working a festival that may keep me from intentional exercise, so my plan on those days is to log no fewer than 10,000 steps on my pedometer. 9.1: 40 min. 30DS, L1&2 9.2: 50 min. aerobics/cardio |
