9/25 2.4 miles , garage sales Sat morning 27+ miles made my goal
9/26 Craft fair and Harpers Ferry 1 mile
9/27 mall .5 mile
9/28 evening 2mile
9/29 worked in laundry room-hammer & chisel but no miles also mowed lawn and bagged up debris from yard.
9/30/10 walk in muggy misty rain to get newspaper .6 mile
Final miles 29 and change Hooray!!!!

Well, I met my goal: essentially completing the marathon training (there's one more short day of running before the race) and my cross training wasn't always major, but it was there in the form of yard work, bowling, etc. since I had no pool use this month. I feel really good about getting through the month and staying on track with my modified training. It wasn't easy, but it's always great to have the sense of accomplishment afterwards!
