Can I join in? I am late but I will see what I can do with the rest of the month. My goal is to walk/run/swim 75 miles a month so my September goal will be 45 miles.

It was the big run today...the longest one on my training schedule before the big race-20 miles! I didn't make it the whole way running which I was bummed about, but then I thought, "hey, I just ran 17 miles, so no shame in that!"
