Julie99s, I think it can be a great workout. I use EA Active personal trainer. I find it to be a higher resistance workout than wiifit plus (which I also love) and you can definitely feel it afterwards. Wii fit plus is great too. I love the boxing and the jogging on it. I lost approx 14lbs last year by healthy eating and using the wii for 30 mins-60 mins a day so I would recommend for sure.

It was a public holiday in Malta yesterday so the gym was closed :(

1 45 mins Spinning class, 30 mins treadmill, 15 mins exercise bike = 90 mins
2 30 mins exercise bike, 30 mins cross trainer = 60 mins
3 30 mins exercise bike, 30 mins cross trainer = 60 mins
4 15 mins cross trainer, 30 mins exercise bike = 45 mins

5 Wii Fit = 30 mins
6 30 mins exercise bike, 30 mins cross trainer = 60 mins
7 Spinning bike = 60 mins
8 Walking = 20 mins

1- 35 minutes eliptical (best day on that thing yet!)
2- 35 minutes eliptical
3- 35 minutes eliptical
4- rest
5- 60 minutes lawn mowing, no self propel used. Ouch! Big yard :]
6- no cardio, but did strength
7- 40 minutes eliptical!

week 1 total- 205 minutes, 233 lbs

8- 50 minutes eliptical
9- 45 minutes eliptical... intervals. Oy!

Not one drink in 2 weeks tomorrow :) Can't believe how exercise made it so easy to give up my nightcap. Did LOTS of strength work today on top of cardio. And, maybe file this under TMI, I've noticed my thighs are brushing together a lot less. Woot!
