that sounds great shasha! good luck with it! i'm not up to calorie counting as of yet, but if the pounds seem to stagnate than i might try that. so on the bright side, i went shopping today and i've dropped a jeans size and can comfortably wear mediums in some shirts now. I know that the challenge just started and this isn't from this... but just me watching what i eat and all during the summer before i came to 3 fat chicks... sooo it's just exciting. i know i can lose weight on my own, so i'm betting with an awesome support network like this i'll lose it faster and easier than on my own. ^_^

I'll weigh in too! I weigh myself daily and I usually use my Sunday weigh in as my 'official' weigh in, but since I do it daily I can do it on Wednesdays too.
1. Stop drinking soda. / Drink more water (maybe 64oz a day).
2. Exercise 3-5x a week.
3. Cut down on the sweets.
4. Reward myself not with food.
5. Keep a journal/blog. -I did a few hypnotherapy sessions focused on weight loss when I hit a plateau. So, she has me keeping a monthly blog on her website so people can monitor how the hypno process works with weight loss and your entire attitude.
Woot! Down .8 lbs from last Wednesday, same weigh in as my weekend weigh in though. 5 lbs to go! I should have made a bigger goal i guess. I just hate giving myself a deadline. I will work on inches after this, I am sure it will take me longer to reach my inches goal.
How is the weather everywhere? It was only 50 degrees this morning! brrr! I need a new jacket my old one is a 3x which was big on me 36 lbs ago but it was on clearance and cute and now its just massive. I have some old hoodies that fit now, I may start wearing one as a jacket. Autumn is definitely fast approaching!
Yay rosh! My weigh in's going to reflect about the same amount of a drop... but it's a drop, right? ^_^ And be careful about dropping your calorie intake too low, if you don't eat enough calories for your body you'll gain weight instead of losing it O.O weird, huh?

I'm going to try for roughly 1.5 lbs/week
Goals:
-Avoid fast food. If I need something quick --> Subway 6 inch veggie.
-Avoid pop.
-Stay hydrated
-Track Points (Weight Watchers member)
-30-60 minutes of exercise/day, even if it's just taking the dog for a walk.
I did awful this week I am up 2 pounds although it is probably water weigth. This weekend I was working the local fair and you don't exactly get scheduled breaks so eating wasn't healthy ans wok outs didn't happen. Trying to get back on track and hopefully get rid of these pounds this week and maybe post a loss next week.
