As for my other goals, I've been very good about drinking water and cutting back on coffee (I'm down to two cups a day from probably six or seven), and I've gone jogging every night for the past 9 days. I've yet to go ice skating, though (still need to buy skates), and I weigh myself much more frequently than once a week! It doesn't seem to be hurting, though, so maybe I'll let myself slide on that goal.
