  • So I know I'm a bit late with the September 1st start, but I thought I'd join in!

    SW: 150 lbs
    GW: 130 lbs by 11/30

    other goals:
    - only weigh myself once a week
    - drink more water (I need to convince myself that tea and coffee do NOT satisfy this requirement)
    - go ice skating once a week
    - jog five days a week
    - feel comfortable in a swim suit by Halloween
    - be able to jog a 5k by 11/30
  • Hey, ladies! Just checking in with my progress, as I weigh-in on Mondays.

    SW: 216 lbs
    GW: 190 lbs

    1). No nighttime meals/snacks
    2). Increase my water intake
    3). No pop
    4). Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 6 times a week (changed from 5 days a week)
    5). Limit daily calorie allowance to 1200-1400 calories (just added!)

    A 4 lb loss! I'm hoping that this is evidence that my plan is working. I have a feeling that I might have to eventually up the amount of time I spend exercising daily, though. I've also changed my plan so that I'm exercising 6 times a week, instead of 5.

    just wanted to stop in. I've been sick for about a week now, haven't been paying much attention to my eating (although, i haven't really been eating a ton), and definitely haven't been able to workout but i'm feeling a little better this evening, and that has led me to hope that I am on the path to recovery! Hope to be regularly back in the forum this week!

  • Congrats to everyone on their progress! Just checking in with my own stats ...

    SW: 150 lbs

    5.6 lbs lost and 14.4 to go!

    As for my other goals, I've been very good about drinking water and cutting back on coffee (I'm down to two cups a day from probably six or seven), and I've gone jogging every night for the past 9 days. I've yet to go ice skating, though (still need to buy skates), and I weigh myself much more frequently than once a week! It doesn't seem to be hurting, though, so maybe I'll let myself slide on that goal.
