Yesterday was not an OP day. It was my birthday & I ate ice cream & way too much stuff. This morning I'm really puffy and it shows on the scale.
I'm up this morning to 245.8 from 243.2 yesterday morning. I retain water like a sponge.
Needless to say today it's going to be an OP day and I think I'll stay off the scale for a few days.

susiemartin-I feel your pain. My b-day is coming up and I go back and forth between trying to squeak by without the cake and ice cream, but then it's a special occassion for one day and I miss cake SO much. Sad, I know, but I'm a pastry girl! I guess we'll see how it goes. I'm glad you enjoyed your special day!
Having a lower cal day today to make up for a higher cal one yesterday. I overate on high fiber cereal, of all things! I'm such a dork!! Thankfully it works it's way right out. LOL I'm having a housework and errands day, so off I go to be productive!
I'm at 127.0, so 2 more pounds till my first goal! I've been sick still, so I haven't been feeling up to working out, but I'm hoping to get better really soon. I'm feeling pretty good about how things are going.
I'm struggling this month. I had hoped having the kids home from school and not having a schedule would give me more time to fit in workouts but it's proving to be quite the opposite. So I am still trying although my goal of "upping the exercise" has fallen short. Somehow I've managed to still lose a few pounds although I cannot imagine I'll meet my goal this month. But, there's always next month. I just have to keep at it

after a long bike ride today, I realized I have not really been OP for the last three days. I did ok today, but I want to finish up the month strong. So for the next ten days, it is ON.
