I quit the scale. i have no idea where my weight is, but i've been staying within my calories, and getting some good workouts in. I have to admit that I'm worried that I won't see enough of a loss, or any loss actually, when i finally do weigh. don't think I'll weigh again until the 31st. But i'm hoping that i'm building some lean muscle mass between now and then, even if the scale doesn't end up cooperating. It'd be nice to lose at least 5 of my 8lb goal though.
