    Checking in, and pushing on. No weight loss, yet POP, and exercise continue. I am hoping itwill fall after TOM leaves.
  • Sorry I've been kind of quiet. It's been a hard week and I've veered off plan a little. I've tried to keep up with my workouts, but my energy as been so low they haven't been as long or as intense as I would prefer (I had been doing at least 40 minutes to an hour, but lately I've been collapsing at 30 minutes). And my eating has gone a little crazy. I try to stay on plan during the day then at night all I want to do it snack. Night snacking isn't usually my problem.

    TOM arrived today, which might explain the craziness. But I don't normally get an entire week of PMS.

    Anyway, I've wanted to post here but felt bad because of how I've been doing. I'm not weighing myself until after TOM has gone, but I'm hoping since I haven't gone waaay off the deep end there's still hope to get close to my goal.

  • Hi all I quit the scale. i have no idea where my weight is, but i've been staying within my calories, and getting some good workouts in. I have to admit that I'm worried that I won't see enough of a loss, or any loss actually, when i finally do weigh. don't think I'll weigh again until the 31st. But i'm hoping that i'm building some lean muscle mass between now and then, even if the scale doesn't end up cooperating. It'd be nice to lose at least 5 of my 8lb goal though.

  • Just checking in! WI was today - down 2.6 lbs! Doing great on water and exercise goals as well!

    Not sure if I'll make my goal weight, but it will be close - 5.4 lbs to go!

    I would love to join this group. I just re-committed to Weight Watchers last week and am trying to stay motivated to reach my goal of 160 this time. I need to lose a total of 75 pounds.

    My goals for the rest of the month are:

    Stay OP and use my points on healthy foods
    Limit treats to 5 pts per day
    Exercise at least 5 days for at least 30 mins
    Reduce my waist size by 3 inches

  • Been busy runnin' around for a couple days, but wanted to check in and say I've been OP and making careful choices even while eating out. I'm feeling good and I think the weekend out of town will be fine. We leave tomorrow morning, so I'll be MIA again for a few days. The weekend should be a blast and I'll report back promptly once I return and let you all know how things go with the race and all.

    WI today...-2.2 lbs. So I met my weight loss goal of 5.7 lbs for July, if I can keep it off for 7 more days. Which I will do my damndest to do because I am officially under 300 pounds! Woot woot!

    Congrats to everyone else meeting their goals.

    My day has gone good so far. I started out with a 3 mile walk at Stone Mountain this morning. I met a friend for lunch and I did very good with lunch. I have only used 2 pts on snacks today and I've drank lots of water.
