Kim - I'm sorry about the sunburn! It's hard to put on a sports bra with one, trust me, I know!

Ms.P - Glad to be back. It's been a rough few months, and I really need the positive vibes from this place again.

As for me, I got the ole Spark People tracker going again yesterday. I was doing ok, but the after dinner munchies hit. I made a PB&J sandwich instead of eating ice cream, but I'm sure that's not much better, if not worse, lol. I did go to the gym though and ran a mile, walked a mile and then did some weights. The scale was down 1.2 this morning, so I would say that's a pretty darn good start!

BAHHHH. I am still at 138. I am hoping maybe things will get a little better this week because TOM is supposed to show up and usually I have a bit of a loss when it starts that stays off. But seriously. So. Freaking. Frustrating.

Hey all! Just a quick pop in to say I will be headin' out of "Dodge" this weekend. Just know I'm thinking of you all and hoping you all treat yourselves right. I know weekends are tough. I'll be eating out myself a couple times since we'll be tent camping. That's where I get into trouble (eating out). Here's to good choices and happy times!

Damn it I'm so frustrated. For 3 days now I've been expecting to see 159.something on my scale, but instead I'm still hovering around 160. I'm completely OP (always am), I'm religious in my workouts, and I always drink the right amount of water. I'm so frustrated with how slowly it's coming off.

Nella: good to see you back here. Hope the rough times are behind you and smooth weight loss is ahead.

MsP: I'm camping this weekend too, and a float trip (canoe), so I'm a little concerned, but I'm trying to prep lots of healthy stuff. The only problem I should have is too much healthy stuff. Calories are calories in the end and I need to limit myself.

Hopeful8: I hear ya. My scale and I aren't on speaking terms right now. I reached 172 on May 20th, and after a couple of weeks of fluctuations, I am back at 172. I haven't been as strict about weighing and measuring everything, and it seems to be biting me in the butt. Grrr. But I've got my fingers crossed that we'll both be dropping some pounds soon!

Everyone keep up the good work, and don't let those little frustrations wear you down. You're the boss. Have a great weekend! I'll miss my scale when I'm camping this weekend, even though I hate its guts right now!

Yesterday I gave in to the rice pudding

Didn't do as bad as I could of - believe me Just a double serving.

Hopefully when I weigh in on Sunday there won't be any negative results on the scale.

Today I've put it behind me and I'm working on another 100% OP day.

Today is my first official weigh-day for this challenge. My goal was to lose 10lbs and right now I'm on track to make that happen. I hope every week is as successful as this first week. I made it into the 150's today and I couldn't be more excited.

SW- 161.4
CW- 159.2 (2.2lb loss)
GW- 151.4
