I DID IT! Today's WI at HM was 188.6! Yeah! So I surpassed my goal by 1.4lbs.
Everyone did so well! I'm so proud of us, what an amazing bunch of people we are! HA! June's goal is to get into the 170's. That's another 8.8lbs by June 30...here's hoping! Love you all long time...Tamara |
Hooey. This month can kiss my happy butt goodbye. I ate and drank like a starved, PMS-ridden madwoman last night. I've had sausage more times this week than I have in the past four months. Thank goodness there were no sweets at the party I went to. Zoiks. I was 172 this morning, rather than the 166.4 that would have been my May goal weight. I'm being good today and will see what tomorrow brings, but I am disappointed in my progress this month. Ready for a shiny new month and a shiny new attitude!
Congrats to all you gals who made your goals and I'm jealous of those of you who surpassed them--I know that feels good! |

Girls, I couldn't be more thrilled how I've handled this holiday weekend. We grilled out twice and went to the drive-in and I said "no" to every bad choice even while my family indulged!
Great job for those who posted results....Everyone who reported had lost weight! It's awesome to hear all the progress we've made this month and I look forward to more next month! :D |
I lost 5.2 lbs this past month, not 10-therefore goal not met...I am happy with the results though-It could have gone the other way...let's continue the journey in June!

Msp: you should be really proud of yourself for your behavior this weekend!!! I have added more vegetables to grill and be able to choose better.
I came to say hi and :congrat: to all the people that met their goal or that have been trying to the end of the challenge. I weight myself today and I’m at 160 (my goal for May). I can not believe that I lost 7 pounds this month because I was many times out of plan but I’m ready for June! :goodluck: |
