Well I didn't make my goal of 10 pounds but I came pretty close. I also made it to the third week of C25K and I'm going to keep on going!!!Congrats to all who made their goals and kudos for those who didn't but are still at it!!!

Probably more like 124 than my target 122 but not been on scales for a couple of weeks!!!.... However, i'm back into regular gym classes and reguar running, so am relatively happy.
