  • I'm trying out work's Wii Fit Plus and I LOVE it! I set up a 26 minute strength and yoga work out and it was much more of an actual work out than the old "select a routine, do it, get your score, wait, select another routine, etc" It's still not like a gym but since I'll never go to a gym anyway (money, time, short attention span) this is as good as we're gonna get in Vladland. I definiely see a wii fit plus game in my future!

    when you switch from wii fit to wii fit plus you get to keep all your time. You piggy is NOT reset.
  • Up to 330/500 so far. My calves are sore from doing step aerobics yesterday.
  • Since its the Middle of the month I wont set to high of a goal So my goal is 30 mins a day...

  • Hey, My name is Stef and I'm a newbie to this board and just bought a Wii and Fit Plus. So far I have logged 138 minutes. Hoping to log a total of 550 minutes by months end. 3 days using it and I'm sooo sore! My favorite workouts are the run and advance step. Good luck everyone!!!
  • Welcome Stef! Last night was my first time with the Fit Plus and I loved it. We got a copy for work but I'm definitely getting one for home. Tonight I've been knocking myself out on the obstacle course. Tonyia, you are so right about the obstacle course. I did 24 minutes on that baby and I'm sweating like crazy. The pig says I only burned 19 calories though.

    I think I'll meet my monthly goal Wii-wise tomorrow. It's TOM so my weight goal for this challenge (250) will have to wait a week.
  • I think I should have done the Wii when I first woke up ... After spending two hours outside digging up grass ect for new Flower beds and prob about a hour more work tonight after I get my dirt I am not sure I am going to want to Wii today
  • I got my Wii and Wii Fit Plus yesterday -- a birthday present! My goal for the rest of this month is to try every activity I've got once. I've tried all the Wii Sports. The boxing may make it into my repertoire as a good workout -- and I think I'll make a Mii that's left handed to see if some left-handed bowling will balance out problems I have with overusing my dominant side. I tried lots of things in Wii Fit Plus last night but there's so much more! And, I haven't even opened the Wii Sports Resort. So I have a lot to play with.
  • Thanks for the welcome, Vladadog. Today I logged 56 minutes for a total of 194. Did the 20 minute free run today and my feet hurt. Next time gonna wear shoes for the run.

  • I met my May Wii goal! I probably set it too low but I normally only use the Wii at work. I was so excited about this challenge though that I brought the Wii home instead of just leaving it at work so I made my goal early. Go me! And I'm only a half hour or so away from my piggie turning bronze too.
  • Congrats Vlad and keep it up!

    I used the Combine feature in My Wii Fit last night and got to try a whole lot of things. I need to cool it with the hula hoops for awhile though -- my glutes are sore! I may take it a little easier today and explore the Wii Sports Resort with most of my Wii time.

    BF got me the EA Active today, so I started the 30 day challenge. Did 20 minutes on that, then did 37 on the fit plus for a total of 57 minutes for Sunday. So I have 251 minutes so far.

  • I made my weight goal for May (250) so I've earned a Wii Fit Plus!!! Yea!!! I just ordered one on eBay so soon I'll be doing that obstacle course full time!
