2feelbetter - WE do all the exercise stuff here and all the weight loss other goals over in the weight loss thread but if you just want to do one thread that works too!

I'm going to shoot for 1400 this month.

ShrinkingAmy 11-01-2009 02:28 PM

Since I'll be out on vacation from the 4th-9th, I'm not going to raise my goal from last month - staying at 1000 minutes, working out at least 5X per week (except vacation week) and continue my C25K.

Purplefirefly 11-01-2009 11:18 PM

Okay, I am going to join in here this month. so hey to everyone!

My exercise goals are:

walk on track 5 days - at least a half hour at a good pace
Turbo Jam 3 days - Strength
Ride my exercise bike half of every TV show I watch

I am trying to get back on track and start losing again, so I think this group will be good for me!

ButterflyDiva 11-02-2009 10:33 AM

Okay since I know November and December are the worst for exercising for me. Because of the holidays and running errands all the time. I am going for a 1100 minutes.

p7eggyc 11-02-2009 11:51 AM

I'm going to lower my minutes goals to what I think is a more realistic number for the winter months of 900 minutes. Thanks for running the challenge!

Hello Chickies!!!

First of all, here are my goals for November:

WORK OUT!!!

 Okay, but seriously...

Complete Phase 2 of P90X and do another form of cardio 3X/Week (either Running or HIIT)

So with that here we go!!!

Nov. 1 ~ Scheduled Day Off
Nov. 2 ~ HIIT (31), P90X Chest, Shoulders & Triceps (60), P90X Abs (17) (108)
Nov. 3 ~
Nov. 4 ~
Nov. 5 ~
Nov. 6 ~
Nov. 7 ~

Tummy~ OMG why didn't you tell me?!?! Chest, Shoulders & Triceps is waaaaaaay harder than Chest & Back!!! Ugh--one armed push ups and such! I pulled something near my left oblique during those and it rendered me pretty useless during the last few push up exercises. Thankfully I was able to make it through Ab Ripper without issue. :D So, any other fun facts you want to let me in on before I continue the week?

Ms Perception 11-02-2009 02:51 PM

Tummy Girl 11-02-2009 06:49 PM

Sandye - Opps ya I forgot about that, lol, it's crazy hard, I did that one today too, I love the slow push ups, ouch. I think Back and Bi isn't too bad but I can't remember. Well if I can't remember it can't be bad, lol. Show you're mom how it's done!
