Well, more like socked me in the gut! I'm still feelin' it! :lol: Got my plyo in bright and early! Mom's keeping me on track just by being here! :D |
It took me a few days to figure out a realistic exercise goal. I'm going to commit to completing 1800 mins by Nov. 30th by any means necessary! :trampo: :lifter: :woops: :belly::ebike::yoga:

Plyo was awesome today, half way through the workout today I actually started saying, "Oh ya Tony Horton, I own you today!" It was pretty funny. Did mom give it a try or is she a little :chicken:, lol? |

Complete Phase 2 of P90X HIIT or Running 3X/Week (going to aim for the HIIT or running on the days when P90X is less cardio) Thanks for keeping track of the list hun!!! :hug: |

Hi I'm not sure how this got posted about me but I never set those goals. In fact I haven't set any goals yet. Could you please correct this. I was asking about setting similar goals to the ones I put in quotes. Sorry about the confusion. I couldn't do those goals if I wanted to ROFL :D |

To do at least 25 minutes of exercise a day.... Eat 1 piece of fruit a day. |
