Weigh in Dates: Goal for this date (red) Current Weight (green)
Started this challenge at 247 lbs. on August 9, 2009.
On 11/1, I changed my goals to be more aggressive for the remainder of the challenge. I have in my head I want to be 219 by Christmas which for me is hugely pushing it. But I'm afraid if I have a less aggressive goal here, my unconscious mind will think it's okay to lose more slowly. So I'm changing the goals to be what I want. Wish me luck!
Okay, anyone reading this post will think I'm out of my mind, but on 11/22/09, I changed back to my original goal. This newer, aggressive goal show below is not going to happen as I totally screwed up in Nov. and stayed the same (my own fault, I own it). But in going back to my original goal, it will give me a fighting chance! And I will do it!
