Default Jingle Away the Jiggle! v. Christmas Challenge

Jingle Away the Jiggle!
Yep I said it! I mentioned Christmas in JULY! But hear me out!

My last Challenge "4th of July Blast Off" was such a success I'm going for a more long term challenge!

Join me in weighing in weekly with a goal of...*drum roll* 50lbs by Christmas Day!

Don't have that much loose? Or maybe your body just holds on to the pounds and 2lbs a week is unrealistic? Don't worry! There is also a WORK OUT CHALLENGE! 100 hours of physical activity, or 60,000 minutes, or 36,000,000 seconds!!!

So sign up girls! and copy this weigh in dates and work out into your FIRST POST in this thread.

Interesting! My goal plan already goes until the end of the year, based on one pound/week ... I have been focusing on exercising since at least I can control how much I *do* even if my weight doesn't cooperate...

So: 23 weeks means my goal will be -23 pounds. I'm pretty sure I will never be that thin again, but no harm in trying (since everything I am doing is really healthy!)

UPDATE: I'm out
I would LIKE to lose ~20 lbs but technically I'm @ a healthy weight now, so the weight loss has been maddeningly slow. I dropped ~6 lbs early on - before this challenge began - and ever since just fluctuate +/- 2 lb of that. Weight LOSS does not appear to be an attainable goal for me currently, so I have decided to focus on other health goals, such as getting my exercise routine solidified (or even "gel-ified") and eating a whole foods diet.

Time to start fresh - again! - and not keep torturing myself with the fact that I can't attain my goal of weight loss.

Power on, chickies - it is mind-boggling to see the successes many of you have had. It keeps me motivated...

This is exactly what I am doing. I did get a Sensewear so I track my calorie deficiency daily as well and target a 1000 calorie difference.

I would love to take part in this challenge! I am currently 38lbs away from goal. So this would put me at my desireable weight of 140lbs! With the date being so far away I can definitely do it. So if I run behind on halloween challenge I can trust this challenge to give me the right pace!

I'm doing WW at home as well. I'm also exercising between 4-6 days a week (walking, hiking, biking). I really need to start squeezing some strength training in there too.
