Up a pound which is kind of stinky, but I ate pretty bad both Friday and Saturday night, so I guess it's expected.

I have been sick this week so I missed my Monday weigh-in. So I weighed myself today instead.

My goal is to lose thirty pounds by Christmas, and get in three hours of exercise a week.

Just found this thread and would love to join. Since I started so late, I think a more realistic goal for me would be 32lbs (2lbs for each week). However, since I have so much to lose, I just might be able to lose the entire 50lbs (fingers crossed).

I WI on Wednesdays, so I corrected the dates.

OMGWT*, I'm officially surprised. I mean, my food consumption's been crazy this week and.... My weight went down? What happened?
I don't know if it's wrong but, I'll keep it as support!

I really like that you guys have weight goals too. Maybe that will help me since I obviously need some more help Losing a pound and a half a week will put me at 24.5 pounds lost by Christmas.
