1/7- 35 minute treadmill incline to 6.0
1/8- 30 minute treadmill incline to 6.0/ 5 minute arms
1/9 -20 minute dragging my feet
1/10 - was home sick
1/11 - was home sick
1/12 - was home sick
1/13 - was home sick
1/14 - almost feeling better
1/15 - 30 minute treadmill incline up to 6.0
1/16 - T.O.M. Visits
1/17 - T.O.M. Visits
1/18 - Still pouting because T.O.M. is still here
1/19 - 40 Minutes Random incline up to 6.0 - while walking on the treadmill I added 3 pounds weights for the arms...I could only last 10 minutes...but I can feel it (This week will be 40 minutes with weights)

1/21 - 30 Minutes Random incline up to 6.0 - while walking on the treadmill I added 3 pounds weights for the arms for 10 minutes and 10 Minutes on the Elliptical.
1/22 - 15 minute on the treadmill while walking on the treadmill I added 3 pounds weights for the arms for 15 minutes. 15 minutes on the Elliptical. 10 minutes weights for the arms, and they are feeling it...
