    1/1- 15 minute walk outside then it got too cold
    1/2- 30 minute walk
    1/3- 30 minute treadmill
    1/4- day off
    1/5- 40 minute treadmill incline to 6.0 (gulp)

    1/1/09: 30 min Treadmill, resistant bands: 10 min, 12 push ups: 5 min.
    1/2/09: UMMM... Took the day off..Told myself later..
    1/3/09: 30 min. Treadmill, resistant bands: 10 Min ...Maybe more later
    1/4/09: 20 min. elliptical, resistant bands:10 min
    1/5/09: 30 min. Treadmill..maybe more tonight.

  • I'd love to join this group. My goal is to do some sort of activity (walking or watp dvd) 3-5 times a week and i'd love to lose 6 lbs by then.

  • Seems like we are all getting our workouts in!

    1/1- speed walk for 1 hour
    1/2- 1 hour walk, spin for an hour
    1/3- 1 hour walk, spin for an hour
    1/4- incline walk for 1 hour
    1/5- 1 hour hard cardio
    1/6- 1 hour hard cardio
  • My goal is usually to work out 6 consecutive days alternating full (weights + cardio) with straight cardio workouts. Then I get a day of rest. But that was before ski season so I think that I'll count those as just cardio.

    OK, so I am not quite sure how this works or how I'll update it but here goes:

    1/1: Um, party day
    1/2: Um, resting from party day
    1/3: 4 hours downhill skiing
    1/4: Don't really know what happened here. Oh right, watched my DD swim at meet. (I should have been but they wouldn't let me. Something about it being for kids...)
    1/5: 40 mins elliptical
    1/6: 3.5 hours downhill skiing

    Gotta step it up a notch!!!!

    1/1 - None (I blame air travel)
    1/2 - Still none. grrr...
    1/3 - Wii Fit: 30 min step,
    1/4 - Wii Fit: 20 min step, 8 min boxing; 2 hr walk with my SO <3
    1/5 - 30 min Nat'l Body Challenge (WmUp, Routine 10) 30 min elliptical; 1 mile walk with pup
    1/6 - Rest day (I'm starting slow so I don't get burnt out) walked the pup 1/2 mile
    1/7 - so far (will update later) .5mile with pup, Wii: 8 min boxing, 5 min adv step
  • Heyyyyyyyyyy girls It is so cool to see everyone here, just love this exercise thread...super! I'm real happy to be joining.
    I started exercising Jan. 3 (Valentines day is exactly 6 weeks from then) and my goal is to do a minimum of 150 min. per week, 900 min. by valentines day. The mainstay of my ex. will be walking and I will be incorporating some strength training and additional ex. along the way.



    1/3 - 40 min. (walk)
    1/4 - none
    1/5 - 30 min. (walk, treadmill)
    1/6 - 90 min. (walk, tm, 3 sessions- 45,30,+15min.)
    1/7 - 47 min. (walk-30min., abs.-17min.)
    1/8 - 105 min. (walk, 25,25,30,+25).
    1/9 - took day off

    1/10 -30 min. (walk-treadmill)
    1/11 -none
    1/12- 50 min. (walk-treadmill)
  • Had a BIG workout today!! And that doesn't include shoveling the ice around on the driveway!!

  • 1/1 - On period. Did not exercise.
    2/1 - On period. Did not exercise.
    3/1 - Last day of period. Light strength training (calves, thighs)
    4/1 - International flight. Will not be exercising.
    5/1 - Flight delayed, stuck in London overnight!
    6/1- 40min bike, strength training calves, arms, chest, back, abs, 20min treadmill
    7/1- Strength training (thighs, calves, arms, chest, abs) 20min treadmill

    At least I'm back on track a little! I'll have to work extra hard to make up for my early-month slump.
