1/1- 15 minute walk outside then it got too cold

1/2- 30 minute walk

1/3- 30 minute treadmill

1/4- day off

1/5- 40 minute treadmill incline to 6.0 (gulp)

And that doesn't include shoveling the ice around on the driveway!!
