1/1/09: 30 min Treadmill, resistant bands: 10 min, 12 push ups: 5 min.
1/2/09: UMMM... Took the day off..Told myself later..
1/3/09: 30 min. Treadmill, resistant bands: 10 Min ...Maybe more later
1/4/09: 20 min. elliptical, resistant bands:10 min
1/5/09: 30 min. Treadmill..maybe more tonight. Add in 10 min. resistant bands
1/6/09: 37 min. Treadmill
1/7/09: 32 min. The BEAST (elliptical) more to come later....I hope
1/8/09: NONE ..slept in a little and told myself I would do it in PM...NOPE!
1/9/09: 37 min. Treadmill HIncline 7 HSpeed 3.0
1/10/09: 30 Min. "The Beast" w/Jillian Michaels iFit Wooo! Tough!
1/11/09: For my 5 month anniversary..60 min.Treadmill HI:6 HS:3.4
1/12/09: AM: 36 min. Treadmill PM: 40 min. Treadmill WHEW! Burn baby Burn
