    1/1/09: 30 min Treadmill, resistant bands: 10 min, 12 push ups: 5 min.
    1/2/09: UMMM... Took the day off..Told myself later..
    1/3/09: 30 min. Treadmill, resistant bands: 10 Min ...Maybe more later
    1/4/09: 20 min. elliptical, resistant bands:10 min
    1/5/09: 30 min. Treadmill..maybe more tonight. Add in 10 min. resistant bands
    1/6/09: 37 min. Treadmill
    1/7/09: 32 min. The BEAST (elliptical) more to come later....I hope
    1/8/09: NONE ..slept in a little and told myself I would do it in PM...NOPE!
    1/9/09: 37 min. Treadmill HIncline 7 HSpeed 3.0
    1/10/09: 30 Min. "The Beast" w/Jillian Michaels iFit Wooo! Tough!
    1/11/09: For my 5 month anniversary..60 min.Treadmill HI:6 HS:3.4

    1/7- 1 hour walk, spin for an hour
    1/8- 1 hour walk, spin for an hour
    1/9- 45 min walk, hour of yoga
    1/10- 1 hour walk, spin for an hour
    1/11- 30 min walk, spin for an hour
    1/12- hour of hard cardio
  • Heyyyyyyyyyy girls It is so cool to see everyone here, just love this exercise thread...super! I'm real happy to be joining.
    I started exercising Jan. 3 (Valentines day is exactly 6 weeks from then) and my goal is to do a minimum of 150 min. per week, 900 min. by valentines day. The mainstay of my ex. will be walking and I will be incorporating some strength training and additional ex. along the way.



    1/3 - 40 min. (walk)
    1/4 - none
    1/5 - 30 min. (walk, treadmill)
    1/6 - 90 min. (walk, tm, 3 sessions- 45,30,+15min.)
    1/7 - 47 min. (walk-30min., abs.-17min.)
    1/8 - 105 min. (walk, 25,25,30,+25).
    1/9 - took day off

    1/10 -30 min. (walk-treadmill)
    1/11 -none
    1/12- 50 min. (walk-treadmill)

  • I haven't been on for a few days but my exercise update is 28.2 miles done on the bike. Out of 100. I think I might have set my goal a teensy bit to high!!! Oh well!!
