We had a big storm this week, the school where YS was to wrestle today had to cancel due to no power, so I get a free day and am going to do my baking. HAVE to limit my 'testing' !!

Finally I am back down to my tracker weight. Ill take what I can get The biggest thing for me so far is that I haven't quit and I don't see myself quitting anywhere in the near future despite the weight standstill (it sounds so cheesy when its written out )
I have done terrible this year at weight loss, I have only gone up, up, up. I see this thread hasn't been started too long, so maybe I can report some losses along with all of you.
Mavis - Ugh. Not me. I managed to find another .4. No clue....I have been perfectly on plan. I did lift yesterday so maybe some extra water retention.
Today is a challenging day for me, but I vow to be a good girl. I already got up and hit the gym for cardio. Now I'm on the way to party #1 - a kid/family party for our local Guatemalan adoption group. Loads of mexican food. Uh oh. Then it's off to party #2 - my annual work party which is a night of food, drink, dancing and fun for over 1,000 people. I'm going with a group of girlfriends. I WILL MAKE WISE CHOICES WITHIN MY PLAN! I feel better now that I wrote that down!
LOL, that's what you get for starting a new challenge when I'm apparently retaining half a gallon of water But no worries, I usually have to live with a new weight for one to two weeks before I lose again And TOM is 5 days out at the most

Looks like everyone is plugging along and were are picking up lots of new friends! Welcome to all the new names I see out there.
I am losing sloooowly. Serves me right, but on a good note, it's the weekend, I made Christmas cookies yesterday (ate a few, but all in all not too bad) and I am a tiny bit down, not a tiny bit up.
I am making christmas cookies today. Danger, Danger. I need to keep in mind that I DO NOT WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT THIS CHRISTMAS. Maybe I need a tatoo! I will make the cookies and put them straight into the freezer until Christmas. Then I will take a bunch to parties to share. (Once I post this on the Internet, I'm committed, right?)
