  • Photochick--if it's any consolation, you're an inspiration to me...keeping up with everything so well and staying OP with eating and exercise. I hope that I can say the same of myself even when the numbers aren't what I want. It's the long-term that counts, as you know. So, good on you!
  • PC - Ugh, ugh, ugh. That about sums up my thoughts at the moment. You have been given some great thoughts and suggestions. Keep sticking with it. You are doing it right. I agree....go back to the trainer now.

    I'm having a similar annoying, frustrating week. I am sticking to my guns and just waiting it out.
  • PC, I'm not sure what it is, but I think if you just stick to your plan, and like you said, getting with the trainer for some new workouts, it's got to come down soon.
  • Photochick I really feel for you. There seems to be some stubborn scales this challenge, sending weight loss vibes to all.

    I had no change today which I am good with since my losses have been unusual this challenge.

    I am so sick of looking at the scale. It won't budge although I have been doing everything right. Maybe my scale is broken... yeah that's it=) haha

  • Ruth-Yeah on losing the two pound birthday/anniversary leftovers We need to get back to the 163.5 as soon as possible. Just because.

    I have been on an emotional feeding frenzy the last day and a half. I got some unpleasant (not terrible) news yesterday and I allowed myself to go kinda crazy. I am disappointed in myself but I have to admit I enjoyed the bad stuff I was eating . Anyway, I would enjoy losing weight much, much more so I am done with the overeating.
