i need to step up my exercise today to get it moving again.... every time i try to lose weight it gets more and more difficult to shift the pounds and that terrifies me. i must have done some serious metabolism damage over the years (im only 24!!) so i need to build it back up again with gaining muscle and working out as much as i possibly can.
I knew that I would be up a bit today.. I was volunteering in the evening last night, so I had dinner supper late last night. Hopefully I can get it under control by tomorrow am
Maintaining at 155 this morning. Which really shocks me because i had a delicious meal last night...italian chicken in the crock pot over some white rice with a slice of bread and ~~~gulp~~~ two wheat Hawaain rolls!! I really thought i would be up this morning...but thankfully not. Today not looking much better. My honey brought me to work today, so that meant breakfast being brought to me. Chick-fil-a. YUMMY!!! And then lunch out. We were talking about chicken strips for lunch but i think i'll tell him i'd rather have a healthy 6 inch sub from subway instead and then have lean chicken breast for dinner. I CAN pull this day off without too much damage. Besides, tomorrow is chinese day at my house. I make some really really good chinese food and we're having a "party". So, i know my day is going to be aweful tomorrow. We're having all homemade foods, Eggrolls, lo mein noodles, pot stickers, stirfry and crab ragoons. Yum. So, i'm just going to do a light, healthy, protein breakfast and apple for snack and yogurt and drink plenty of water in preparation of dinner.

I was excited to see a new number on the scale today. I almost wasn't going to report it since it will surely be back up tomorrow, however, I figured I should enjoy the moment even if it is temporary.
