Hi all, I'm still around. I have just been super busy with no time to post. I love reading the posts, they keep me motivated. This week I am down 2 lbs from last week. YEAH!
I also hit 430/500 so almost to the plantation. Lets all keep going and finish this challenge strong.

I try for around 1200 calories a day but I consider OP anything under 1400.

Workout at least 5 days a week for 30 -60 Minutes

I will not miss a scheduled workout during the rest of this challenge.
