Wow! Way to go everyone for the awesome job so far! JKS way to go on breaking that plateau! I have a magic number of 210 that won't go away.

So this morning was disappointing, but not as bad as it could have been. I was really off plan this weekend with friends in from out of town and a wedding for another friend. So, you know, one glass of wine turns into two, wedding cake, etc. Needless to say I'm up 2 pounds again. At least I'm down overall. Oh well, I got up this morning and hit the treadmill so I'm back on track.
