  • I'm still at whatever the heck number I was when we started this dang thing. Plateau, plateau. Still working out, still eating smartly. Blah blah. Bluch.

    I have hit soooo many plateaus and I have always pulled through and I know you will too...keep working and it WILL pay off...don't give up!
