JKS - you look really good....and healthy at 152 also!!! Have you tried lowering your calories anymore? Or challenging yourself a bit more on the work outs or both.

Jessicaca - You are right you have hit many plateaus and pushed right on through never giving up....I wish I had your attitude!

Kerri - the wedding dress fits and in 2 weeks your gonna marry the man of your dreams and be swept away on your honeymoon! Screw the plateau! LOL!!! You'll kick that plateau's butt when you get back from the honeymoon if you don't do it before then

Heather - If you stick to your workouts and your plan for eating (the prepared meals and stick to your calories) you will drop 5 lbs FAST!!! I always lose weight fast in the beginning of a diet....water weight I'm sure...but it all counts...LOL

I'm hoping the scale will be good to me tomorrow if I decide to weigh in! Today was my first true day back on plan!!!

just keep swimming: hey--is that a new pic? Updated? Cool! I've tried b4 to post a pic but it was too far away to see. I'll try another one soon.

Kofarq: Is it because you are so close to your goal? Although I've hit plateaus at various times and just stuck with it and eventually started down again. But it helps to really be overweight and to really have room for improvement in the eating/exercise areas. Once I'd step up the frequency or pace, or cut out another unhealthy food, I'd start losing again.

Heather: Welcome! My best tip is this 3FC site--there is just so many posts and so many threads and challenges here, there, left and right, and tons of dedicated people who really will talk to you, encourage you, inspire you. Keep reading, as I do. I think I'm addicted to this site! I've got to check in at least a couple of times a day just to keep up with the new posts, hear how people are doing, etc.

Modcat - I second that.....I think I'm addicted too! It has really helped me though!

You can really tell the girls who are dedicated to this cause and come here day in and day out to give their support to those who are struggling and get support when they are struggling! I feel really close to several people on here! LOL...I guess its cause you can't help through in a few personal things caues they affect your food/exercise/weightloss efforts as well!!!

hugs for everyone!!

Thanks, Melissa and Modcat! Yup, that's a picture of me taken today.

Melissa, I definitely need to step it up, diet and exercise-wise. I've gotten pretty complacent, mainly because I don't dislike the way I look anymore. Which is certainly not a bad thing, but I really want to keep getting in better shape, because I know that I can, and I will feel great when I meet my goal!

I've got an exam today (and tomorrow) so no time for fun, just a quick (not so good ) update:

SW: 239
CW: 238.5 (-0.5)
GW: 234

So I actually put on weight, and I didn't even go over my calories. This is a sad, sad day.

.2 is becoming a pattern, I am going to bust it today with exercise and see if I can rejoin the 140's tomorrow.

Quilie- good luck with your exams!

I am now at my lowest weight EVER!! The lowest weight I hit before I got pregnant was 144.6 and I had never been that low before. Except on the way up when I was about 12.

My weight has gone back down, so the fallout from dinner on Monday is (hopefully) done with.

SW: 214.6

GW: 209.6

Robsia, that is so exciting!
Quillie, good luck on your exam.

Have a great day, ladies!!

JKS - I think it is so great that you are happy in your own skin now! I get how that could make you become complacent though. See now is the point where you can start really challenging yourself and start feeling super powerful!!! LOL What I would do is think of something you see that you want to be able to do.....do you wanna be the "girl" who can do chin ups, how about some one handed push ups, or jogging ...I know you jog....set a new goal with that. Now its really about strengthening yourself and seeing what you can accomplish...think of the ego/self esteem boost you'll get with that...LOL!!!

Quillie - Hey a loss is a loss...it all counts!! Good luck on your exams!!

Miriam - I've been there....good thing about those last few pounds you just put on...they should be the easiet 2 to get off!!

Mothermavis - Bust it girl! I will bust it today with you!! LOL

Robsia - Congrats on a new lowest every! Keep up the good work...you'll have a new lowest soon!

Jessicaca - Ha HA HA I feel ya girl!! I'm so happy for you! I can't wait to weigh less than my hubby!!!

Well I'm still at 240 but I feel a move coming on quick! I really did well with food yesterday which has been my downfall lately and making me not want to work out. I'm also getting back on the workout bus! I'm expecting to see a good loss this week by Monday! I really screwed this month up! I'm just glad I'm back on track!

Blah- joined and then disappeared for a bit... perhaps because there was an incident involving hot wings, ribs, and a scale moving in the wrong direction.... but you have no proof of that! Anyway, back in it for the long haul.
SW 187
CW 186.6- it's in the right direction at least

Up 1.4 from yesterday. I guess I shouldn't have had coffee cake at my mom's last night for dessert. Hopefully tomorrow I will be a little lower.

Robsia - Congrats, I can't wait till I get below my pre preg weight.
