I bought healthy snacks for the weekend. Hopefully that will keep me on track!
dont worry about weight flunctuation, it happens. some times it helps if you weight once a week like on a friday or monday. and be sure to drink lots of water, when you work out if you dont have enough water and get sore you retain water and put on some weight. also be sure to try and keep a few measurements cause you will gain some weight as you build muscle.

great job so far, nice to see you posting!

i didnt step on the scale today, partially because of TOM but also because i forgot. i should have a weigh in in a few days.

Mousai- I am wondering if I can trouble you to adjust my weights. I bought yet another new scale, trying to find one that is accurate and doesn't vary by 3 pounds. So today I weigh 224 on the new scale. It is a lot more than the old one. But this is my goal.

Sorry for the hassle but I think I've got it right now and I'm ready to roll.

Everyone
Stayed in the house the entire day and ate too many times, and didn't drink nearly enough water. I feel like I am loosing my motivation. Last week I did not meet my excerise goals. I really think my allergies and asmetha has a lot to do with my energy level and motivation.
Tomorrow I will do at least 15 min. of some cardio excerise. One way of trying to stay in the fight.

oi i know the feeling, my allergies are killing me too. it makes things really hard.
i keep a pair of pants that i want to be able to wear hanging on my door to help keep things in check tho. i see they every day and think about what i need to do to get to wear those. maybe you could try something like that, a picture or something maybe. a picture on your bathroom mirror or on you phone or what ever to help remind you, and keep you motivated.
good luck on tomorrows workout tho!!
