This challenge continues on today's thread... number 5!!
I won the last challenge (to my own disbelief!) so I am starting today's new challenge.

wow, I haven't seen 140's since the beginning of my last pregnancy! (my baby is now 23 months ) I'll be working hard... hopin' for results, praying to the scale gods.

I've been MIA. Work got really crazy, and I had a few bad days of bad eating. I have been back on track for about four days now, though, so I will weigh again tomorrow, and tomorrow will be my start day. I'll have to burn it up to compete, but I'm ready! (I did strain my calf today, though, so it will have to be swimming and the elliptical instead of running.)
Please excuse my bowing to the scale gods this morning but I weighed in at 232 for a miraculous 3lb loss. The body is so weird, weeks of eating right and exercising for only a pound or so a week. Then a lazy Sunday and boom down ya go. He he maybe I need more lazy Sundays in my life!!
Yeah, is it 5lbs in 1 week? Weigh in next Sunday?
Or first 5lb loser wins?

First person to lose 5 pounds (no matter how long it takes) wins and starts the next challenge thread! It just so happens KittyCat managed to do it in a week in challenge #4.
Of course, of course I am up to 155.5.
I stayed OP yesterday-- in fact was extra careful b/c I wanted to change my ticker this am!! I did not exercise tho. I am realizing that those puddles of sweat are helping me battle my extraordinary bodily talent of water retention.
Well, I'll just keep workin' it.
