Just wanted to check-in before bed. I managed to get in 4 miles tonight! What a great workout...maybe I needed a break from running to appreciate it again! Plan for tomorrow is to get in a 5K at race pace!

Total miles for challenge: 74

Good morning.

Hey Dangerouscurves...way to go on getting in 75 miles this month!!! Wow!! Good luck on that 5k run!!!

So...i managed to get in 3 miles last night. I was very happy that out of 3 miles, i jogged 2.25 and only walked .75 miles. Don't get too excited. It's walk 1/12th mile and jog 2/12 miles and so on.

That puts me at a total of: 22.25 miles.

Not sure if i am going to get any milage in tonight or not. The bf wants to go to his parents house for dinner tonight and i gotta see what is going on with my dd, if she has to work at her new job tonight or not. If not, she can watch the little ones. (In case your wondering...i live in another state from where i work and date my bf and it would take too much time to go home, get the kids and come back towards my work to pass my work and head out to his parents house. We're talking an extra hour just to go over there for 2 hours and then back home again. Otherwise, i would definately take them with me.)

Congrats to all those who completed or exceeded the 50 mile goal. I definately plan on hitting 50 miles next month!!!

HEY DC, glad to see you back! Great job hopping back into it, I can't wait to hear about how the adventure race goes! We'll want ALL the muddy details!

Great job Lumifan, you really put forth a lot of effort towards the end of April to rack up the miles! With your busy life I know how hard that was!

Hey Kitty, great job this challenge, I hope you're able to squeeze in your 6 mile loop early Saturday morning. I'll be out early Sat morning, too, doing an 8 miler so it will be like we're running together!

This morning I did 3 miles, it looks like I have 3 milers on the schedule every Wednesday from now until... forever.

Total challenge miles: 89 miles. Yippee skippy!

Who's going to start the May Challenge thread tomorrow?
