Wow...can't believe it's been 4 days since I've posted here!

My last run was this past Sat. morning. (4 miles) Sun. was a rest day and yesterday I took a Bootcamp class to mix things up a bit. I have just under 3 weeks left before my adventure race!

So expect to see me logging in some
major miles very, very soon!

I've got to get my butt in gear tonight! I have a love/hate relationship with my abs. I hate doing crunches, planks and bicycles but I love the sweet pain I feel the next morning! I'm a firm believer in "Pain is weakness leaving the body"
