enygirl, i hope you're starting to feel better (guessing you are if you were out walking!) =)

shari, my fingers are crossed for you on the job!

babygal, stay on the wagon! earth day is almost here and you can do it!!

i want to get to the gym but right now i have this headache that will not quit. probably my allergies starting to kick in... the one negative thing about spring. tomorrow i am going to go hiking with a friend, so that will be nice but i need to take some allergy meds first!

Eny: count me in, I am going to give myself a weight loss goal. Yea, let me get pumped up.

I am waiting on an appointment to see the Lapband doctor. It will proably be a while before I have the operation. In the meantime I am going to keep doing what I am doing and ride in the wagon with 3fc

baby - you're doing GREAT! just stick with us!

I may give myself a summer scale challenge as well - but definitely a size challenge. I'm going to see where I am at the end of this one first. Right now I'm hovering around a 14/16 and my ultimate goal is a size 8. It'd be awesome to get to a 12 for summer - but we'll see how things are going. I haven't gotten all my water in today - but I will before the night's out. I just did a .66 mile walk w/ DD - but it's getting too late for her - so I'm going to do my video for at least 1 mile tonight after she goes to bed.

Iris - Headaches SUCK! they ruin EVERYTHING!

Everything else is going good on this end. I'm enjoying being outside and walking - I'm enjoying feeling better both health wise and in general... eating is going great! I'm not binging anymore - even though I'm still trying to get past the guilt when I have a treat (Had a Reese's PB cup earlier today) but even that's going better.

Iris ~ Thanks! I have the spring time sniffles too. It's not allergies, I just always get one when warm weather comes.

Baby ~ I won't be able to do next week's training cause it runs into my shift at the VA. So I have to call next Tuesday to see what the week after that schedule is.

Down 1.4 this week.

Shari - :congrats: on the loss! You are Kicking butt this month! Already almost #6!!! YOU F*ING ROCK!!!! Did you hear anything about the job?

Hunter and I took a walk for about .7 miles last night - it was a quick one because it was getting late after her dance lesson. Then i did 1 mile of my video while she was getting ready for bed. It's amazing how good I feel after I move some!

I know i'm losing more inches too - I'm wearing a skirt that I haven't fit into for 2 years!!!

Just a quick post
I did alright with water today but over ate. My co-worker treated me to lunch which wasn't too bad but for dinner DBF cooked and it was very tasteful, I over did it. Can't wait until Earthday I am going to start the SBD.
it seems that some of my clothes are fitting a little better. That is great I am really happy about that.

Hi all,

Wow Congrats everyone on their progress. I had to start over this week but am still moving forward.

Babygal and Enygirl I know that sometimes I don't notice the weight loss until I can fit something that I haven't been able to in a while. I have a skirt from my clubbing days that I have saved. If I can get back into that . . .wow!

Shari congrats on the weight loss.

I am still taking those horrible stairs and I have gotten much better on the water intake.

I finally got my Ipod (generic)! It's pretty cool, except for the irritating fact that's it's PINK! It was supposed to be red. So now my earbuds and ipod don't match. I'll live.

Chickies glad your still around
We are almost at the end of this challenge and it has been good for me I just finished my 3rd glass of water and I have been up and down the stairs (at work) twice already. I have agreed to walk a 5K this weekend I am reading and getting recipies so I can start the SBD when this challenge ends, my DD and co-worker has agreed to do it with me. I am happy.

Missj: Good to know that you are getting better with the water intake. I did the stairs twice could you double your water intake for one day?

Eny: First of all your stuck with me until April 22,
Second: I will be around for 8 more weeks to do the size challenge
Third: I don't know yet

yep i'm around - back to they gym today for a measly 25 mins on the elliptical because i was short on time. but better than nothing.

the other night i made veggie curry for dinner and had two of my friends over. so i had some leftovers and stuck them in some tupperware and then we went out to trivia night... it was the next morning before i realized that i never put the tupperware with my leftovers in the fridge!! =(

lunchtime and then off to work... i'll catch up later but i must say some of you appear to be having some successes - rock on!

Not much to report - completely had an off day yesterday.. not enough water, no exercise and over ate.. but I'm getting back today.
