Here is what is happening with me: I went to the seminar on the LAP Band and it was good information. I am encouraged. They gave a few assignments and one of them being I have to get the book on the South Beach Diet and begin reading. So I plan on getting it tomorrow.
I have been doing great with my water intake and to my suprise my food selection has been super these last few days. I am purposefully choosing food that is low in cal and healthier for me. I even think I want to start a diet soon. I looked up some information on the SBD and think I can do at least the first part. I am going to get the book and read a little more before I decide.
I want to see myself do more excerise. The weather is a factor. I can't wait until it warms up and I can go and walk down by the water.
I must say I am afraid ~of myself~I want some fried fish, and lots of it. Sounds like the "usual" sobatage to me.
Today I am going to work on just staying into TODAY
I will drink my water
Eat a regular portion
Walk the stairs, and dress up, look and smell fabulous for the comedy show I am going to this evening.
