babygal, for the curry i just sauteed some veggies (i was going to add tofu but i forgot!) and then added a can of light coconut milk and played with the spices until i liked it... i used curry powder, tumeric, and red pepper.

i'm exhausted from the conference this weekend - it was in connecticut near where i have some relatives so any time not spent in session i was catching up with people i haven't seen in over 10 years! including two kids who i'd only seen pictures of but are both 12 now. but it was a very good weekend... aside from the cousins dinner out which included (gasp!) french fries AND chocolate. but we split the chocolate dessert... =)

i've got to stay focused here cos it's going to be a busy week... must get back to the gym!

Hey everyone,
Well I finally read another chapter in my IE book. "Feel your fullness". Something that I continue to work on a daily basis. I really have a lot going on so time is ripe for bingeing but I am doing extremely well. I made it through day 20 which means I get another reward. Today is Day 22.

Work is nuts - they just changed all of my deadlines - It's CRAZY!! I'm stressing! I'm still being good and staying on plan - but I need a and some stress relief!!!

1. Look in the mirror & tell them off
2. When you see the one that changed your deadline vision them as
3. You can always but that may be more trouble than its worth
4. Maybe you can in a journal
5. may help with stress reduction
6. away may help temporarly
If none of those are options for you then I hope this helps

Hi Chicks
I got my ticker to work now lets see how long before I can get it to move.
I want to do the sbd but I don't eat eggs unless it is cooked in food like cake. bread, etc. I can't just eat them. So the question becomes what are some other breakfast ideas.

baby - my favorite way to eat eggs is in chocolate cookies Thanks SO much for the support. I'm luckily not eating my stress away - and honestly exercise is lifting my mood quite a bit! I just did a mile JOG video - something that I've NEVER done - but it definitely put my mind more at ease.... I'm going to attempt to fit in some yoga tomorrow - I haven't done it in quite awhile - I love doing it though! I also want to take a very long walk by myself tomorrow... we'll see if it can happen. I love walking w/ DD - but sometimes I need to concentrate on life things while I walk.

-Which reminds me - when I hit #175 I'm buying myself a MP3 player of some sort for walking with!!! Sometimes - my thoughts are too much!

I miss you girls - I have a feeling that I'm going to be posting less and less the next few weeks. ( I'm going to do my dangest to get on here though - with out you all I will balloon back up to #240! and I DON'T WANT TO GO THERE EVER AGAIN!!!

Most likely this will be my last week for a while that I can post as frequently as I have because I will be back on the road again, mostly visiting NYC and NJ. I know one week I will be gone 4 days out of 7. I am tired just thinking about it.
Sure we all have a level of stress in our life the great thing is the support we have here.

WI was today, I stayed the same. I'm happy I didn't gain but I need to put the soda down and get to the gym, SERIOUSLY! I haven't even been walking home from work cause Louie hasn't been at work for the last two weeks because of his hip. I decided that wasn't a good excuse, I have my IPod now, so I walked home today. With the Ipod, the 45 mins flew by.

good job shari - and thanks for the godd vibes. I'm working from home today - and honestly I'm goin to try to take things easy. I can't go insame completely quite yet! Hunter has a 1/2 day of school - but she's going to the movies with latchkey - so once Joe leave for work in about an hour I'll have the whole house to myself! I'm going to multi-task today though. I need to work and clean my house - it's gotten out of control.

Oh - to answer your question Shari - I honestly don't know what I'm at. I know that I did get down to #184 - and then went back up to #190 - and now I haven't weighed in.. but my guess is around #187ish. I'm waiting to buy it because I need to have a reward system.. and although I'm doing MUCH better with every aspect of getting healthy - I'm not there yet I may change it to when I hit a size 12 (comfortably) because I really don't want to weigh in, but I am doing measurements. I'll figure it out... I just know that I'm not at the point that i want to reward my efforts quite yet.

Hi Chicks
It was difficult getting ready for work this morning because I couldn't fit those size 16 in the closet. How sad to have to look to see what size something is just to determine what your going to wear to work.
Then my wonderful co-worker, she is such a sweetie, brought me breakfast again, eggs, sausage, 3 pancakes, and bisque. I ate the sausage and pancakes. Then asked her not to do it again. She says she won't but that is what she always say.
So today I will double my water intake and purposefully take the stairs at least twice. Instead of eating my lunch I brought I will just eat a apple. I have to go to the dentist after work, so, if he doesn't hurt me too bad then I will walk this evening.

SHARI: Didn't know you were over there drinking soda. It is my suggestion that you get on this water kick with the rest of us until the end of this challenge. NO more soda.

Likenoother: Hope your still feeling that fullness. Keep reading!
I read some more of my SBD book yesterday. I too got to keep reading.

shari, i am not sitting around drinking soda but i DO need to get off my butt and to the gym... i really have no excuses.

babygal, keep strong... it's rough when people bring you food but i think you handled it well.

enygirl, stay sane! =) glad TOM finally showed up.

so only 6 days till earth day? crap, i have been slacking... i guess the best to do is try to finish strong!
