SORRY I HAVE BEEN A STRANGER BUT JUST CAME BACK FROM MINI VACATION. I REALLY NEEDED IT. WE DROVE TO DELAWARE AN WENT TO CASINO. I ATE BAD ON THE DRIVE THERE AND BACK AND WENT TO THE BUFFET.

IT'S A MIRACLE I DIDN'T GAIN A POUND.

I've completely succumbed to TOM's cravings today.. and honestly I don't care! I feel like the world is beating me up right now - and it SUCKS!!! I make it out to be WAY worse then it is - and I don't feel guilty... just a minor binge today. I'm actually thinking that I'm going to go to bed WAY early tonight. TOM is beating me up from the inside - I'm glad he finally showed up - but DANG - does his entrance have to be so painful???

I'm waiting until Hunter's out of the bath - then I'm going to snuggle her and go to bed... I'm that worn out today!

Janel - good to see you! Starting again and again is no problem here! I believe that everything success is a combination of beginnings. Stick with us!

Ok girls - time to get DD out of the bath.. I'll hopefully have time to post tomorrow morning before work!

Thanks for all the congrats!

Iris--Kicking bingeing is tough and we can do this together!

Enygirl--I agree exercising is a stress reliever and I have to do more of it!

Babygal--I travel with my laptop because late at night in a hotel room I need 3FC to keep me out of trouble. I've been lucky in that most places I go have wifi.

Janel--Peaks and valleys. This is a journey. Dust yourself off and you are good to go.

Shari--I used to drink a lot of soda myself. Somehow now I only drink soda maybe once a month.

I've put down the soda for the last three days. Yes, I've managed not to kill anyone while going through withdrawals! If I can make it this week, I'll be fine! I went to bed at a decent hour last night, first time in a LONG time! Will try to repeat tonight. Peace and cookies, yall!

Shari - GOOD FOR YOU! Soda is hard to give up... I'm working on it myself - but I'm DEFINATELY not drinking it like I used to!

Only 4 more days of this challenge... How's everyone doing? what good habits have you accomplished?
Personally I have conqurered my water aversion... I'm drinking at least 64 oz a day, and more on most days. Also - my exercising is under control. I've falling in love with walking - so I'm attempting to do a mile a day - but I'm moving EVERYDAY! I feel better - my clothes are fitting better - I'm comfortably in a 14 now! Size Challenge HERE I COME!!! Who's coming with me?

only 4 more days... sheesh! i'm feeling way behind! i'd have to say my biggest accopmlishement has been REALIZING how much junk i eat at work. i work 3-11 pm and we have free access to cookies, chips, and ice cream all night. i tend to un-do any good i've done all day.

giant congrats to those who have made steps forward in the challenge! keep at it ladies!

How am I doing?

Scale goal--Still struggling with that one. Been on at least once a day
Exercise goal--Have been exercising 3x week and added an additional day yesterday which I am really feeling!
Book goal--Read one additional chapter and will work through the remainder by Tuesday

Eny--I will definitely join in on the size challenge. I am currently in between sizes. Most days the only thing that works are sweats and elastic waist pants. 18's are too big but 16's don't fit. A bit frustrating but my goal would be to firmly fit into 16's.

Likenoother I to want to firmly fit into a size 16. Some good things that I accomplished or begin doing is walking those stairs at work. I never use to use them. And boy do I be huffing and puffing after I come up them. I also realized how I desired to lose weight and make other changes in my life but wasn't doing enough to make my desires come to pass. Now, I am more focused and making better selections. I began reading my SBD book and getting recipies off this site. This was my first challenge and it was perfect for me I really wasn't ready to do anything else but simple efforts that I felt I needed to work on. Oh yea my water is increasing.
Confession: I ate at Dairy Queen today something I don't usually do. I noticed that I am not feeling real good about my body these days. It might be associated with the warm weather again and having to come out from under my coat and cover up clothes. I love the fact that it is nice outside but for some reason I am not feeling too upbeat.
Oh well, I'll get through it.

Awww, May is looking to be a busy month for me. The move, possible new job. Oh yeah and I'm kicking everything WL into overdrive. I've had my month of getting used to this intuitive eating. I must say, I've done pretty good, I'm proud of myself. So now, with eating 98% under control, we must put this gym membership to use. And also set some goals for the road to my 22nd birthday. Busy bee.

seriously - life can't get any more crazy! I had a HORRIBLE weekend! I did better yesterday - and did my walk. I'm pumping things up for the Summer Size Challenge... and I'm nervous about tomorrow's weigh in.... oh well - life will go on! actually since trying to get used to the IE thinking and life being CRAZY I'll be happy if I'm down #1 from St. Patty's day (which was #190)

Girls - this is the end!!

Ok - Shari - you don't have to measure yourself - just pull out something in your closet that's a little tight - look at the size and then make it your goal to fit into it comfortably! Nothing hugely drastic on this one! Right now I'm still between a 16 and 14 - and still have a couple of 14s that are too snug. I also have 2 pairs of 12s that fit pretty nicely - that's why my goal is to be in a 12. but we can has all this out tomorrow morning
