Welcome Dumplin!!

Cool, if you go to MB, we can run on the beach in our new hot bodies!! If not, we'll still have the hot bodies, so it's a win/win!!

Thanks MotherMavis for the compliement.. For some reason I'm not being notified in the past two days when someone posts something new on this thread so that's why I've been absent! I just bought just now Slim In 6 videos and Hip Hop Abs Dance video Series from the beachbody website.

Okay I just changed my email notification so hopefully that will help. MotherMavis I've heard about having the exercise tv option for your cable as well and our company was going to charge us an outrageous amount for that and plus I wanted to the actual videos myself since like what you said they only do certain ones at certain times and etc.. So I figured I wouldn't like that part. Sounds like everybody is doing really good so far.. Tonight my husband made some yummy chocolate pudding and you can make it with fat free milk too and it's sugar free and I was really surprised I liked it even. I dislike the sugar free jello for some reason but not the pudding so.. Go figure! So I found something chocolate I can have and actually like that isn't an outrageous amount of calories.

BBB - That's awesome, good for you. I love chocolate! I keep Schwan's Trim Creation fudge sticks in the freezer. They are good and only 50 calories and 14 carbs for when the chocolate gremlins hit. My cable company includes the Exercise On Demand for free, so for me it works. You can always check it on line too @ ExerciseTV. Theere you can watch them too, so if you want to try B4 you buy, there ya go!

LBS 2 - How you doing on the 10 miles, I have 6 down, 2 miles Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Yesterday, my employer catered lunch in, so did not get out to walk, but I did pass on the dessert, potato salad etc, so still a small victory. I'll walk again today!!

Hey to all!

MotherMavis-I'll try out your chocolate too! See if I can find it at the food store. Thanks for telling me about being able to check it out online. I will do that since I have had the problem of buying a work out video and then I didn't like it at all. So if I could do previews I'm sure my husband would be very happy about that!

Okay so I upgraded my free membership to the Million Dollar Body club to me actually paying for the extras on the beachbody website and I've gotten a eating plan started. What's so great is I've gotten a shopping list of everything and the exact amount I need to buy, a daily printout of what I need to eat for Day one, Day two, and etc. It also gives you very basic instructions on how to cook your meals and assemble your snacks. I'm on the 1400 hundred calorie low-carb express plan and am waiting on my Slim in 6 videos to be delivered. To me right now it's worth the money so that I can get back on track then after about 3 months I'll be able to know and do things more on my own. It's on par with doing WW online about and definitely cheaper than doing something like Jenny Craig. So I'm really psyched.

All right ladies! I'm in! I need so much support to stay on a plan... finding time to exercise is the hardest though. I have a 17 month old little girl and she is a bundle of energy. Plus I live in a really tiny (pretty much non existent) town. I can't go for walks outside because I'm scared of the bears and cougars that are always around. I plan to hit my goal weight by Spring Break. I'm not going anywhere, but while you're all lying on the beach looking hot in your bikinis, I'll be lying on my grass looking hot too

Welcome Desiree!! I was a SAHM mom when my boys were little. It's the hardest job I ever had. Congrats to you. Maybe you can find time while she naps? Or dance with her!!
Is BC, British Columbia?

My younger son required no sleep. We joked that if he'd been first, he'd have been an only child!! I do feel for you, but you'll find a way. Is Wiliams Lake somewhere where it's safer to be outside? It is hard with little ones.

Can I join? I've been in the Thanksgiving Challenge, which is obviously going to be over soon! I think 40 lbs by spring break would work for me.

I'm 40, but also a college student. I just started weight watchers (again) two weeks ago, and I've been working out regularly doing the Firm videos and HIIT on the treadmill. So far so good!

I bought some really cute spring/summer clothes LAST year before a vacation that I never wore, so I'd love to be able to fit into them next year. I bought a cute bathing suit too, and even though I'm not going to a beach, I really want to fit into it.

Good luck everyone!!

LOL, whenever I get upset over my fat belly, my husband says "hunny, you JUST had a baby." And I say... "ummmm, ya. Almost a year and a half ago!" I didn't "JUST" have a baby! He tries though
