HI ladies, as for exercise today, nada! Darn ankle acted up again! I have been off my feet all night, feel better already so I should be okay for tomorrow. I have kissed my heels goodbye for quite some time now, afraid that any ankle irritation will impede my exercise goals. Tomorrow is a new day. Keep on truckin.

Full steam ahead. Thanks for the information. A friend came by and helped with the inserts. We can all meet our goals this months ladies. Lets not quit and when we feel like we don't want to excercise that is when we really need to do it. Completing it is the reward itself. I committed to 1000 minutes this month and I am down 200 (I think, I have to look at my calendar) sooooo 800 or so to go. I am doing a combination of walking, situps, cardioglide and will start punching the punching bag (great stress reliever). Have a great day everyone and I hope you like my inserts.
