Hey guys...congrats on your progress so far... we're all doing so well (and for those of us without the instant gratification of losing right away, at least we're maintaining... can be just as hard...) I'm at 143.5 this morning. It amazes me how consistent my body can be - weighing in to the half pound every day... anyway - off to conquer another day... keep up the good work!!!!

Weigh in this morning 144.0 ... up half a pound... could this possibly be due to eating dinner @ 12:30am? I wonder... (rhetorical question, of course. I would have died if anyone thought that was sincere in the least!)

Hope you're all doing well... I would be losing if I wasn't getting home so late. And when I was bringing dinner with and eating it like a snack earlier in the evening, I ended up wanting to snack when I got home and ate twice as much... anyone have something that would allow me to lock the fridge and cupboards down after 8pm?

LOL you could use the what my ex MIL had she had a pig in the fridge that would oink whenever you open it. My mom has a cookie jar that talks when you open it........

Ugh....I definitely need help with my exercising. I'm really slacking on that the past week and a half. :( I really need to get out of this slump.

The pig thing is hilarious! I just need to discipline myself... I've been stressed and under-rested and it's having it's effect on my judgement... but, in a week or so I won't have as many excuses!!!!

Well ladies... I did it! Behaved myself last night... just had a handful of nuts and raisin mix when I got hungry but didn't eat a big late meal or binge... Woohoo! So, I am down one pound from yesterday... 1/2 a lb from the week's average... 143.0 lbs today! 13 more pounds til the 120s, my summer goal... still doable! Need to keep up the binge-free days!

Hiker the same thing is happening to me this time but only 1 pound. I do not change my ticker until Sat or Sunday to make sure it sticks.
