I only gained 2lbs, and I ate horrible horrible junk. So I thought I gained 10, but I'm very happy I only gained 2. I already burned that off plus 3 more. So I actually lost 5+lbs this holiday, but I'll join either way. I'll go for 5lbs, which will make me 170 by the end of January.

I'm in too. I wanna be down to 130 by then.

I don't usually stress myself out trying to stay at one certain number on the scale. I mean, you have to give yourself a range. If you push yourself trying to stay at a certain number, you'll lose your mind. But I'd rather be closer to 130 than 135. My original goal was stay within the 130-135 range. And over the holidays I creeped up to 137 and that's a little too close to 140 for me.

I got back to 135, but I'm still trying to get a little lower.

I have little dishes of snacks around my house too, one has truffles and rum balls, another has lindt white chocolate balls (those are not a problem), and I stuff have these oatmeal coconut cocoa drops.. not to mention homemade perogies! But I've been aiming for at LEAST 2 healthy meals a day, and yesterday I made 3!

I'm a daily weigher, and I'm curious to see if my efforts made any dent in my weight. I was going pee ALL day yesterday, so I wonder if I dropped some water weight.

Good luck to us all..

I am thankful to say that the stuff isn't really haunting me. I get waves of it - like the box of the chocolate sitting on the counter... I am doing okay there...

but what I am really craving is some sushi or some thai or something... I am always craving that kind of stuff, pizza, pergoies - the sad thing is, chocolate is less calories because you can't eat a pizza sized chocolate! haha

courtnie - i feel you on those cravings. haven't really been craving chocolate or anything like that, but I could sure go for some thai food right now, even Japanese. yumm

aimee - yes good luck to us all....looks like it's gonna be tougher than I thought. btw, is The Hills starting soon up there?? Over here the new season starts on the 15th. I can't wait!!! ugh, i watch too much tv. oh yeah, what the heck are perogies???

so I had mexican for lunch. so now I have to have a really healthy, lite dinner to stay within my daily points range. I so don't want to use my flex points anymore as I need to save them for this weekend. Planning to get a strength session in today after work (weights, crunches, squats, leg lifts) and maybe head over to the gym for a cardio session. that's the plan anyway!

Courtnie--I've been able to donate blood and pass on the cookies and juice. They usually make you sit there a bit longer to make sure you're feeling okay before you leave.

You know, I couldn't eat a pizza sized chocolate, but I could probably eat a pizza!

Well, if it's only one or two, it's not going to hurt you. And you don't want to be passing out! Consider it your treat for the day

Well that's definitely better than cookies!

I've never been a big sushi fan. But then I haven't tried a whole lot of it, either.

Gotta run! And don't forget to have a cookie or at least some juice
