Where the hoodle doo is everyone?!
I had a mediocre work-out today. 35 minutes on the treadmill, including a 10 and a 5 minute run. My thighs hurt again.
curses.
I realized today (well, I acknowledged it) that it's much harder to stop running and then start again than to keep running. I think.
I must remember that for my next run. After running for 10 minutes and then stopping for a few minutes, I could barely get going again.
Oh, and I also did some weights.
