That's so discouraging. Just take good care of yourself, hon.
I did a painful workout yesterday.
Out of 30 minutes on the treadmill, I ran:
9 minutes
3 minutes
3 minutes
And I did a little weight work-out. My legs are still killing me. The tops of my thighs. I don't remember going through all this pain when I was 20!!!


Plus I stayed out of the house/kitchen for an extra 90 minutes!
But I survived!
